We had a great time...Pictures tell the story!
Christmas Day at the McInturff’s!
All our faces doing face time with the Nelson’s!
James & Beka gifted us with dinner out then

Dad was the pottery champ!
New Year’s Eve we drove to Anaheim, Ca

Fall 2022

We had a fun Fall -
busier than planned but glad we’re
free and flexible.
Caden come over for his 10th Birthday!
He’s such a great guy, enjoying
the simple things...
Food out, games, construction toys and
just hanging out.
Grammy and Papa love it.

Letty came over for her 8th Birthday, separate from Caden!
We enjoyed just hanging out, going out for pizza, and going to
the mall.  She said she had never been there, so we
rode the Merry-go-round and a “Motorcycle”.
She was the driver and Grammy was her passenger!!
What a sight that must have been.
So great to get to know each of these precious ones.
Root got to come over to spend the night, too!
Tim drove to LA to pick up Root while Beka went out
on tour for 10 days.  She’s quite at home with us.

Beka came back through Phoenix and got to visit us all.
Then I drove her and Root home!  We had dinner all
together at Beka’s that night.
James and Beka took me to the ocean
in Malibu.  We had a wonderful dinner right on
the ocean!  So refreshing!  Great to see
James and Beka and the gorgeous ocean!
The Mac kids got to wear costumes for their piano recital,
dressing up to match the pieces they were playing!
We enjoyed it all so much!!!

James had a week at home, where he could still work remotely.
Then had a real vacation in Sedona with his friend, Kelly!
It was great to have her here for a night!

Four kids doing Taekwondo!
They all love it and are quickly graduating in
belt colors earned.  Getting so big!
Study Hall with Grandpa!
Grandpa takes the kids to a local coffee shop to
do school work.  Good thing it’s not me doing it...
I’d just want to talk with them!!
We took our first trip to San Antonio to see the Nelsons!
We split the 900 miles up into 3 days.  First stop Las Cruces!
Deborah was sick when we got there,
so they couldn’t join us that evening or for Thanksgiving.
So we had a Thanksgiving feast at my little sister Carrie’s,
and hour south of Deb’s!
It was great to be with her and Rick and see
their home they are in the process of finishing.
It was great hanging with Carrie’s boys and
meeting some of their friends and family!
Then on Friday Deb was feeling better so we got to hang
at the Nelson’s new lovely rental house!  They sure have
made it “home” in just a few months! We had a
lovely meal and enjoyed catching up with each one!
Then on Saturday we all went to the San Antonio River Walk.
We had fun on the River Walk Boat Tour, seeing the
Alamo, and having a fun dinner out!
At the ALAMO!!
So hard to say Goodbye ...  just so long until next time!
