We got through the long hot summer by getting many
house projects done! After the foundation was
repaired, and the grading around the house,
we finally were able to do some landscaping,
especially in the front of the house!
We enjoyed some visits from the neighborhood
deer... so fun!
We hung lights, put wood in pantry,
tore out old carpet and baseboards, old appliances
moved, all decor moved to sunroom - Again!
Old tile removed, floors leveled,
new floors laid, new baseboards installed,
tearing out old backsplash, new appliances
installed, counters and much more!
Feeling more and more like this is my home!
Celebrated my 71st birthday!! Went to
this fun movie and dinner with James & Beka!
New counter templates made,
templates placed on new granite,
Counters installed 9/28-29
We christened the new counter!
I'm in love with this beautiful natural stone!
I made a last minute trip to Cincinnati from 10/2-5!
All the siblings were there and many nieces &
nephews and in-laws! It was great to take a break
from all the craziness of the last few months and see everyone!
