Spring Break 2010!

A very special Spring Break as James was home for two whole weeks!

We made sure to have plenty of "family time"... and loved every minute of it!

St. Patrick's Day Celebration is tradition at our house!

Lots of green! ... redhead Irish people ...

We had a great idea to hike "our" mountain on a beautiful arizona spring day...
Got 9 of us together ... Jonah was working :( ...
All dressed for hiking, packed up the pick-up and cars...
drove 20 min to the trailhead... I think this took a couple hours :)

And "hiked" for about 45 min!
It turned out to be more of a nice walk ...
much laughing at ourselves and way more stopping for pics
that actually hiking!
This is about as close as we got to the mountain...
But we enjoyed the beautiful weather and wildflowers!
Hiking with babies changes the pace of a hike!

Adah and gramma traveled at about the same pace!

Great memories of a really great day!

Then a "Mexican Food Night"

and kids enjoying their favorite game of Dutch Blitz!

Zoo and Starbucks Day!

Beka was back at school, but the rest of us "packed up the babies and the old lady"
and had a great day walking the zoo for 5 hours!

Sooooo much fun! Wasn't it yesterday that James was in a stroller at the zoo?

Then we met Beka at Starbucks!!!!

What a treat to be with all my "babies" and grandbabies!!!

I'm a blessed mama!

The day before James went back to school, he and dad took a real hike!

I think they got a little higher up the mountain!

We'll miss you James... but we have some great memories!
